Immediately impressive, this wine reveals its class from the start.

Intense ruby red turning to garnet with ageing. Bouquet is spicy with hints of cherry, black cherry and plum compote.

This is an intensely aromatic wine. True to its origins its flavours are a medley of ripe tropical and citrus fruit.

Black fruit mixed with blueberries and a hint of flora. The wine is balanced, medium - bodied with a wondefully fresh acidity.

This is a dry style Pinot Gris with aromas and flavours of Nashi pear, peach, citrus and honey.

What we call our Ruby and half. Sweet ruby fruit with slightly more intensity and depth of flavour.

Our very own London Dry Gin. Named after my daughter who was born during the process of devloping this. A must try!

The palate focuses on fruit but with enough tannin to give structure, a good length finish, and gentle oaky notes.

A beautiful gin, named after my even more beautiful daughter. We infuse the base gin with Raspberries, vanilla and lime.

Hints of coffee and chocolate on the nose with ripe crushed berry, bitter cherry and sweet plummy fruit on the palate.

Bohigas Brut Reserva is a soft cava with structure. In the mouth, it is easy to drink, with fine bubbles and a fresh finish.
