Notos was the god of the south wind, the same wind that shapes the aromas and flavours in all Vinedo de los Vientos wines.
This Nebbiolo is a great summer red. Black cherry in colour with an aromatic nose of berries, dried rose petals, and spice. Silky-smooth, medium bodied and bright on the palate with fine tannins. A real delight.
Hand-harvested and matured in old oak barrels for six months to soften slightly. Nebbiolo is in good hands with Pablo Fallabrino and his Italian heritage, developing full fruit flavour under the Uruguayan sunshine.
