Chateau Haut Pezat Saint Emilion Grand Cru
Oak aged for 12 months, this wine is rich and perfumed. Good tannins and a solid structure go well with the black fruits.
Beautiful garnet red with light purple reflections. The nose is fruity with aromas of cherry and raspberry and reveals spicy notes. The mouth is greedy, powerful with tannis' well mixed with fruits.

The Vineyard
Located about 40 kilometres (25 miles) east of Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion’s vines flourish
on an infinitely nuanced terroir. Employing innovative techniques alongside centuries-old traditions, the winegrowers of Lussac Saint-Émilion, Puisseguin Saint-Émilion, Saint-Émilion and Saint-Émilion Grand Cru make wines that are packed with emotions. With their ruby colour and elegant bouquets the Saint-Émilion appellations’ wines are long, well-balanced and silky on the palate. They are enjoyable and superb for sharing.
Learn about the chateaux of the four appellations: Lussac Saint-Émilion, Puisseguin Saint-Émilion, Saint-Émilion and Saint-Émilion Grand Cru.
Wines bearing the Grand Cru designation could be as good as Grand Cru Classe, or even at the level of a Premier Grand Cru Classe wine. However, generally speaking, wines at the Grand Cru level are not as good as the 71 wines included in the St.Emilion classification.
