Soutiran Signature Brut is a historic and “best seller” vintage of the house and is a 51% Chardonnay and 49% Pinot Noir.
The flagship Champagne of Soutiran estate. Good fruit on the nose, stewed pears and peaches. Lovely creamy texture on the palate with red fruti flavours and melon, blended with a chalky minerality. Full and rich on the finish. Excellent value for money Grand Cru Champagne.
