False Bay Chenin Blanc
Herbaceous notes, including fennel and aniseed on the nose, followed by a creamy lemon character. Soft, rounded palate.
False Bay shows fine, mineral Chenin characters with gentle ripe apple aromas, honeyed aromatics and delicious greengage and citrus lemon acidity on the long finish. A wine with great finesse and style.

Ratings & Awards,
The Vineyard
Back in 1994, long before founding Waterkloof – his biodynamic vineyard overlooking False Bay- Paul Boutinot came to
The Western Cape to seek out and rescue grapes from old, balanced and under-appreciated vineyards. These treasures were otherwise
destined to be lost in the large co-operative blends that were dominating South Africa’s wine industry back then.

Bags of flavour yet pleasantly dry.
