Da Mhile Seaweed Gin
It is a garden herb led gin which we infuse with organically sourced seaweed once it has been distilled.
Launched on the 1st of March 2014 (St David's Day) our Seaweed Gin is a gorgeous savoury gin, originally designed to complement seafood. It makes a truly unique G&T with natural tonic and a sprig of Rosemary/ Olive/ slice of lemon. Also makes great dirty martinis!
