Ratings & Awards,
The Vineyard
Predominantly Grenache Blanc with Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier. The grapes grow in the Languedoc, where proximity to the sea, and varied
altitudes offset the hot, sunny days, to give grapes juicy fruit flavours and natural complexity.
Immediately after picking at optimum maturity the grapes are pressed and undergo cold fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is blocked in order
to preserve the acidity in the wine.
