Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay blend. Harvested in the cool of the Rueda night for protection, the grapes are swiftly crushed, chilled and pressed to produce pristine juice with intense varietal character. Gently fermented to preserve aromatics, the wine goes through light ageing on the lees to freshen and clarify into a bright and crystalline beauty.
