The Vineyard
Made from parcels of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan grown in Costières de Nîmes on red pebble and limestone terroir. Fermentation is kept short to preserve the generous fruit flavours. All the varieties are vinified separately to give Guillaume full flexibility
when it comes to blending. The tannins from these sun-ripened grapes soften quickly, so very little ageing is required to keep it supple and more-ish.
