The Vineyard

The Riesling grapes are sourced from the steep slatey soils of the Saar and Mosel. After careful picking and selection, the grapes are fermented in 100 litre oak Fuder and stainless steel - both parts blended later
to add complexity. The wine rests on its fine lees before bottling.
