Finished in custom-made new French oak casks, which impart deep spice-like flavours such as, clove, ginger and fruity maltiness.
Another innovative release from John Glaser and the Compass Box team. A vatting of northern Highland distilleries (principally Clynelish), the whisky is aged in unique barrels with heavily toasted heads, adding a rich spiciness – great sipped neat or used as the base for a whisky cocktail.
