Lovely rich cassis and blackcurrant fruits in the mouth providing a long and persistent palate with 'classic McLaren Vale Cabernet' mid palate richness.
Beautifully balanced with fine tannins and structure.

The Wirra Wirra vineyards are in McLaren Vale in South Australia where the Mediterranean climate is ideal for grape growing producing regionally distinctive wines. They also own vineyards in Adelaide Hills
in the Mount Lofty Ranges just East of Adelaide where the altitude enables them to produce elegant cool climate wines with finesse in Lenswood and Piccadilly.

The Wirra Wirra winemaking philosophy is to the let grapes shine and reflect their quality. They are also very environmentally aware and practice sustainable agriculture conserving water, planting 3000 trees
and reduced chemical use. Their vineyards near the winery are certified Biodynamic.
